Greater Mukono offers diverse investment opportunities across multiple sectors

Agriculture

Rich soils supporting coffee, bananas, sugarcane, maize and horticulture. Over 60% of the population engaged in farming. Value chain development opportunities in coffee, dairy and fish processing.

Tourism & Fishing

Buvuma Islands, Lake Victoria shoreline, Mabira Forest, Sezibwa Falls and the Nile River offer significant eco-tourism potential. Fishing industry supports 18% of livelihoods.

Industry & Trade
